In association with Patriot Comic Books, the prequel comic book Prisoners of the Ghostland is available now online and will be available at LACC and ECCC. Featuring Nicolas Cage and Nick Cassavetes, two notorious outlaws execute an elaborate bank heist in an east meets west stylized town. But, when his accomplice goes full-on psychotic, Cage must decide whether he wants to escape or have innocent blood on his hands. The comic adaptation sets the stage for Patriot Pictures feature film Prisoners of the Ghostland in theaters and on Amazon Prime Video.

Critical Entertainment’s newest comic series Minion, written by Mason Mendoza and Christopher Reda with art by Leandro Rizzo will also be featured at LACC and ECCC. As henchmen of a powerful super villain, new recruit Double Zero and his team of minions must travel the futuristic world filled with scientific superpowers to construct a doomsday device capable of destroying New Manhattan and its legendary superhero Captain Cool. Follow him and his misfit crew as they navigate the treacherous dirty work of being an underling in a society where corrupt politicians influence superhero culture and an exacerbated wealth gap leaves everyday citizens starving.

Attend December 2-5 to check out the action-packed comic series about a Tribe of Paleo-Indians as they discover America during the late Ice Age. Chapter 1 will be available at each convention with Chapter 2 to be released in early 2022.
